ANSI/AAMA 101-88 Window Won't Stay open

A quick learner from Plantation, FL says:
I have an ANSI/AAMA 101-88 Window that does not stay open. My Contractor says I need the things that hold up the window replaced.

Please let me know if you have them, how much and eta.

Thank you,

Brett

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Your contractor is right: if the window won't stay open, the problem is likely the balance. Based on yoru pictures, our S377-12 channel balance with a 1110 option appears to be what you need. Compare your balance against ours to confirm this is a match.
