I have 4 windows with the same issue, the window opens but will not stay open , 2 of them the lines have been cut the other 2 the line has been removed , so I'm trying to find out what style window they are so I can order the parts. The windows are made by Anderson , I do not have a model number for them

You can view our selection of Andersen sash balances here. To help you choose the correct one, we'll need to see one of the balances removed from the window and you'll need to take clear photos of the numbers stamped on both sides. I'll relate our video for removing these balances. Thank you!

I still can't read the numbers for this part of you can help me out with this I have 4 windows that need this system

Thank you for the additional information. Your stamp, though a bit faded, appears to read 6#23, which would be supported by our 24-637 Andersen sash balance. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.

Also I have 4 windows , 2 in the kitchen 24*54. 36*54 1 bath window at 27/ 45 and 1 bedroom window at 28/45 . Thank you
