Window Balance Needed

Thanks for posting. Your pictures shows the broken nylon shoe of a channel balance. If you need new channel balances, we can certainly help; but we need to see pictures of the top nylon fitting on the other end of the balance, as well as a picture of the stamp code on the metal channel itself. Confirming the length of the metal channel, not including those nylon fittings, would also be useful. From there, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need. Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me, that's exactly what I needed to see. This looks like either an S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare an undamaged version of your old hardware with both Series to see which matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2920.
