Hello, this part holds the window in place and has a tab that can be pushed to pivot the window in and out to clean. This one came from the left side when looking at the window.

Lmk if you need additional information to match up the correct part.

Hello, Mike. The part you're looking for is called a tilt latch. Yours in particular looks like a match for our 26-408. Look this produt over and let me know what you think.

For the vent latch, would that be 26-122?

Awesome, glad to hear the latches worked.

As for this vent latch, our 26-122 isn't an exact match, based on these photos. I can at least tell you that it appears to be the closest we have. I just cannot guarantee that it will work. Yours looks like an older style that is likely not made anymore.
