It looks like you have a broken pivot bar. To identify a replacement, we would need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the sash, along with dimensions to compare to our inventory. We would also need to see the pivot shoe uninstalled, including the width and thickness, if you need to replace that part as well. We'll relate a few videos to assist you. Thank you!
