Need to know what hardware to order for these windows. The sash guide actually broke on one side and there is no name of any Brand on any of the windows anywhere.

I can't say with any certainty since most of the pivot shoe is broken off, but I have a hunch that you are showing what's left of a 15-192 pivot shoe. If so, this shoe works with our Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs and the other related items on the shoe and coil product pages. Thank you!

The pivot shoe that I bought from you(the full white piece) is just a little too wide for the window and won't slide down the track with ease, the old one was actually two separate pieces (as shown in the other picture, 2 of those put together), so you know where I can find the same pieces as my old shoe, or do you have a smaller pivot shoe?

Unfortunately, the older version of this shoe isn't made anymore. The 15-192 is the only part that exists that could work but you may need to shave it down a bit. We apologize for the inconvenience.
