Hi there!

Start by taking a look at our 39-187 and 39-188 operators and compare our dimensions to yours to see if these match what you need.

I'm afraid we've never been able to find a version of the 39-187 and 39-188 with a 4-1/2" arm. There are a couple solutions you can try, though both will require a little handy work.

The first is to adjust the bracket on the sash to which the old 4-1/2" long arm attached so that it will better work with the new 5" long arm.

The second is to drill out both arms, then put the old 4-1/2" arm on the new operator using our 62-014 rivet.
