This piece holds the window screen so it's not flopping around inside the window. I would call it a retainer clip

Unfortunately we do not carry this exact style of retainer clip. The best we are able to supply are styles like the 70-176 and 70-212 clips. Please review the dimensions to see if you think one of these could work for your window. Let us know what you think!
