Hello there! Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we don't sell replacement jamb liners. Your best bet would be to take them to your nearest millwork so they can replace them for you. 

First, tilt in the sashes and remove them. Now, work out the jamb liners from the wood frame. You might need a putty knife or utility knife to cut away any paint holding the vinyl jamb liners in.
