Window 3/8" pivot shoe

Question

I noticed on your website that there are several pivot shoes. Can you help me find the one that would closely match the one in the picture. I also need a window tension tool. I have submitted a picture of the pivot shoe that is installed in one of my windows. It is 3/8" in depth and i am hopeful that you can identify a matching product that I can purchase. I also need a window tension tool.

For your pivot shoe, see if our 15-212 will work for you. Pay extra close attention to the width, height, and thickness measurement to make sure they are compatible with one another. If you should also need to replace your spiral balances, our Series 900 would be a good match. You may also want to consider our 75-006 charging tool to assist in your repair.
