Window - need replacement latch lock

My latch that locks my window broke off I was looking for a replace part and if possible instructions on how to replace it.

Thanks for posting! Please take a look at our 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches and compare them to yours. I think these could work, as long as the dimensions all match up. You may also find the video below helpful, in terms of installation.
