A home owner from Hawaii says:
This kitchen window no longer opens/closes properly and the hardware needs replacement. The photos are from one side of the window. Please identify the part so I can order. Thanks! Ps I've ordered many parts from Swisco

Bob from SWISCO responded:

If the metal channel is 15" long not including the nylon fittings at both ends, then you need either our S351-15 or S390-15. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 1420.
