How I will now which lb I need replacement part,the white box shows PAT5.353.548 and part inside is 6 23T.I need two of each. Thank You for your help.

There should be a number stamped on the band of the spring itself, but I can't see it in your photo. When you refer to the part inside, are you talking about the spring? If so, the marking you gave would indicate 6 pound rating.
