See our S351-21 or S390-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, as shown below. Compare your old hardware to both to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2020.

A window sash should have two balances, one on each side of the sash. Be sure the balances you use match the originals for a given sash. Let me know if you have any other questions.
