Question

Hello,
We have crank out windows from Kolbe & Kolbe and having issues with frost and ice, condensation forming on the windows in the winter. See that the rubber seal is cracked and deteriorated/disintegrated on most of them. The seal appears to have slid into a groove on the frame and I can't find a rubber seal replacement. Any suggestions please?

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid your weatherstripping is too damaged to identify. Is there an identical window in the house with seals in better condition? If so, we can use that as a reference. Specifically, we'd like to see a photo of the end profile which will require removing a sample.
