Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for your existing Roto casement operator but I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to identify the right replacement. 

Since you've included a photo of the base of the operator, I'll need to see the end of the operator arm. It would also help to see a photo of any other compatible hardware.
