Thanks for writing in! You have a coil balance assembly that appears to be an older discontinued shoe that is no longer available. For this, we typically recommend our 15-192 Certainteed pivot shoe but you may need to shave down the aligners from the shoe to install it into the window. Take a look at the dimensions to confirm if it may work for you.
This shoe is compatible with the Series 170 Coil Balance. To confirm which spring you need from the list of springs, you'll need to remove the existing coils and check for any stamps/markings. If there are none, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the number of coils in the window.
The 33-072 screw is used to secure the spring to the shoe. You may also need the 15-156 CertainTeed Lance Spring Cover and the 15-157 CertainTeed Balance Drum.
The pivot bar you have can likely be replaced with the 26-336 Simonton Pivot Bar but you'll need to shave down the collar-like ring around the neck of the pivot bar so that it will fit into the 15-192 Shoe.
