Window

Thanks for writing in! We typically see an issue closing the window when either the operator has become stripped or the window hinge needs to be replaced. If you have examined with window and you are certain the operator is causing the issue, you'll need the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator to replace the one in your photos; the opposite handed version in the 39-031. 

These operators are compatible with the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover and use either the 39-114L Crank Handle or 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle. There is also the 39-107FK Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit.
