Thanks for reaching out to us. This is an old, discontinued pivot shoe that hasn't been made in some years. The good news is that many modern options can replace it, depending on size.
You listed height and width, but not thickness, which is vital for finding a shoe that fits in the track properly. Would you be able to give me that dimension as well?

The shoe that I am replacing is 1/2 of an inch thick by 1 1/4 wide by 2 1/4 high thank you

The sickness of the shoe that I need is exactly 9/16 not half-inch like I previously said thank you so much

Thanks! With that measurement in mind, I would suggest our 15-121. This is 1-1/4" wide by 9/16" thick and should serve as a good alternative for your older part.
