Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance is a match for the S795-26 with the 26B stamp option. This installs with a screw at the top of the window track and uses the 1-1/4" wide closed cam 15-195 shoe. Your old shoe appears to be missing the cam, so you'll want to check an undamaged version to confirm if this is what you have.

Please let us know if your balance uses a hook to install. We can still help, but it'll have to be a custom order.
