Window is not staying up, I believe these part need to be replaced. It measures 12" and it's about 1/2 wide.

Thanks for posting. Measure the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments. If it's indeed 12", then is likely an S351-12 or S390-12 depending on the shoe depth. See below. Let us know if you have further questions.
