Thanks for posting. I'm not sure what it is you need. You mention a pivot lock shoe, but the part in your picture is a pivot bar. What did you need, specifically? If you need the pivot bar, our 26-068 is close but I don't know how its measurements compare to yours. You would need to carefully measure your pivot bar and refer to those dimensions we show for the 26-068 to confirm that they're the same.

If you do need a pivot lock shoe, we will need a picture of yours. We will also need to know its width and thickness.
