The shoe in the window is part of the problem, ordered correct balance and the tool. The shoe is stuck, need advice on how to remove. Order #2088331

Also the plastic holder for the spiral broke upon trying to remove the spiral. A replacement part number would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. If your pivot shoe is in the locked position, you'll need to use a slotted screwdriver to rotate the cam and raise the shoe to remove it.
I'm not sure what plastic holder you're referring to, however. Can you show us a photo of the part in question?
