Window Arm Unit

I think this may be a truth or true unit for an arm unit for a window.

Hello,

I believe we can help, but we would need to see your assembly with the window open and screen removed so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. That will help us narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Hello Casey! I can't get the window open that I need to replace and my other window with the same unit has the cover painted on. I took a picture of the arm extended and the naked unit on the broken one. Is that enough?

I see a single arm shown in your first photo, but I'm not sure whether there's another arm obscured. We have the 39-216 single arm operator, but I'm not convinced this is what you have.

I wonder if you could have something like the 39-333, 39-156, or 39-032. Can you confirm if the operator has a link arm like these operators? Seeing a clear photo of the operator fully removed from the window would be a huge help.

The operator shown in your new photos resembles the 39-032 dual arm operator. Review the specifications below to confirm they match your assembly. We also offer the 39-031 opposite-handed version if needed. Thanks for posting!

Hey Casey! It looks like the smaller arm is anout 3 3/4 inches and the larger to the middle is more in the realm of 9ish inches. Is there a model that fits those specs?

In that case, the 39-156 may be a closer match. Note that the long arm is measured from the center of the base as shown below, which is tough to measure accurately with the operator still installed.
