Good evening. I'm trying to identify a window balance for my customer and I was not able to find one through my normal distributors. This balance appears to not have a channel with a stamp to identify.
Attached are some photos of what it looks like when it is installed. The spring diameter is 3/8".
I have more photos if needed. Please let me know what you can find out.

Hello, thank you for posting,
We should be able to assist with this older style of rod balance, but we will need to see pictures of the bottom of the balance. It should have a type of shoe or clip. It is currently being obstructed by the window sash in the last picture. From there we can compare to determine the right fit. Thank you!
