Hello, welcome to SWISCO. I can tell you these are General Aluminum windows, but unfortunately, those codes don't tell me anything else. You can remove a balance to show us photos, and we will be able to identify it, but there's no guarantee without seeing the part!

If the inside part is screwed in, the outside tube is approximately 30.5 inches Thank you!

Does this window tilt in for cleaning? Is 30-1/2" the length of the outer tube by itself, with no spiral included in the measurement? The length of the spiral is sort of irrelevant, but the tube is important. Finally, you need to weigh your window sash to choose the right strength, so come back to me with a relatively accurate weight.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to say that the original customer never got back to us regarding this balance. Seeing photos of what you have installed now would allow us to pick out a good match from our inventory, but in the meantime I can tell you that General Aluminum company has been known to use our Series 900 tilt spiral balance. I can't guarantee that this is what you have but it's a good place to start for now.
