Good afternoon, I'm looking for replacement window balances for a single hung window, I think. The stamping on the window balance shows 32 5 DQ Caldwell. Do you know what replacement options I have? Thank you.

Hello there! I'm afraid this isn't enough information for us to ID your balances. In order to help, we will need you to remove an undamaged balance and show us clear photos of the top and bottom fittings. See the related video for more information!

I don't remember if I had sent these photos, but we're still looking for a replacement balance.

This is the first time I've seen these photos but they show exactly what we need; thank you! I recommend the S380-33 or S385-33. The best fit will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting so you'll have to measure as shown below. Based on your 32 5 stamp, I recommend you select the 3250 stamp option.
