We have a Kinco window that will not stay up and part needs replaced. Both balances are not attached and no longer working.
The window is 47 1/2 x 50.
We have not removed the window to get exact length but looks like 24 inches. The width is 1/2 inch.
Do you have replacement parts?

It actually looks like you have broken top sash guides, which hold the balance in place below the sash. There's a good chance that we can supply replacements but we would need to see an intact guide removed from an identical window to compare to our inventory.
If you determine that you still need the balances as well, we'll need to see yours fully removed from the window, including both end fittings and the pulley clip. We would also need you to write out the exact weight of the sash to determine the strength options needed for your replacements. You'll also need to confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the end fittings. Thank you.
