Hey there Diana!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We ought to be able to help with this. I recommend our S351-26 or S390-26 channel balances depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The stamp printed on the metal channel is odd though. Can you weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight?
