Replacement Channel Balance

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with a replacement for your existing balance. Although, there is a likelihood that it will need to be a custom-made assembly. 

To confirm, the correct replacement, I'll need to know the measurement for the depth of the bottom shoe. Your balances look similar to either the Series 380 with a 1" winged shoe or the Series 385 with a 1-3/32" winged shoe.

I'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash. Unfortunately, I am unable to cross-reference the stamp of your balance. The stamp is typically used to confirm the weight range your balances should be able to carry to support the weight of your sash.

Once we have this information, we'll be able to move forward from there.
