right side of window window balance drops down.
Bottom shoe broken need replacement...

Thanks for posting. I can't quite make this out. Can you tell me if it has wings or not? Can you also tell me its depth? That would be the heel-to-toe measurement. Thanks!

It has wings...measures 1"
Depth not sure (from - too dimension)
