I need help choosing which replacement window balance to order. My window balance has the part number 26 4 KV CMC 9 on it. See the photos.

The measurements of your bottom balance shoe will determine whether you will choose our Series 351 or Series 390 channel balance as your replacement. Go over your measurements and get back to us if you need any further help.
