Hello,
Looking to replace several channel balances for non-tilt design windows. The balance is 29" long and stamped with 28 3 L H. Shoe depth is 1", window weight is 18.2 lbs.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your bottom fitting looks like it's deeper than 1" to me, but it's admittedly difficult to garner from a photo of a tape measure. I would recommend that you triple check that measurement just to be 100% sure.
