Window Balance - 35" # on the balance - 3440

Please assist with the part I need.  This measured 35" and had the marking 3440

Thanks for posting! Given the shape of your shoe it looks like you have a version of our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balances with a winged top and a winged bottom. However, it appears your bottom shoe has a 7/8" depth which means that this will need to be a custom made assembly.

The good news is that we can get these particular balances made up for you here in our warehouse.

To confirm that your balances need the 15-029 7/8" shoe, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match your show measurement.

Once you have confirmed the shoe depth, I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to get the order link made up for you. Keep in mind, there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
