Window Balance

Question

This may be a long shot since most of the bottom plastic guide is missing (pictured, propped upright), but the metal part is 31" long, 1/2" wide, 1 cm deep. It's stamped with "B.S.I." and "30 D". I don't know if the this'll help, but bottom plastic bit I have is just over 1".

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for posting, Ambyr. It is hard to tell what you have without seeing an undamaged bottom guide. Would it be possible to see that? Check the balance in the opposite side of that same window, or maybe see if you have an identical window elsewhere in the house that uses the same hardware.

Once we see an undamaged version of that shoe, I'm confident we can find you a good match.
