Sure, we can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its design. Before we begin, can you tell me what the stamp on the metal channel reads? Can you also confirm the exact length of that metal channel? Finally, how many did you need?

There are 2 stamps. The one on the end piece reads PAT 6598264. The one on the channel reads 19 2 B.S.I. PN. The exact length is 19-5/8". I will need 4. It also has a spring inside.(see pic)
