Window Balance

I need help in indentifying this all spring window balance for a double hung window.

Thanks for contacting us. I'm afraid we can't replace this balance. The spring is built directly into the jamb liner, which is what you'll have to replace. Is this a wood window? If so, you'll need to contact a local mill work. They should be able to supply you with a replacement jamb liner.
