Window Balance with 15-193 and 19-038?

Question

I have two double hung windows that need replacement balances. I have no idea the manufacturer. My home was built about 10 yrs ago. The stamping on the channel balance says 3640. It is a 1/2 inch wide and 37" long. The plastic parts on the ends (bottom and top fittings) match the parts in your catalog 19-038 (top) and 15-193 (bottom). Do you have a finished assembly I can purchase with those parts together as one unit?

Also, there are plastic tabs attached to the top of the window itself, which appear to be holding the balance down (when the window is down). Please see picture. One of them is broken and needs replacement.

Also, the actual window track is broken out a bit (where the balance should hook into the track). Also reference the picture for that. The full length of the track is about 75.5 inches. Can that be repaired, or do you have parts to replace?

Thanks for posting! This is a unique type of balance, and will have to be custom made. What I will do now is email you a purchase link and price quote for your review.

As for the plastic piece, I'm having a little trouble making out what it could be. Can you please remove it from your window so that we can have a closer look at it?

Unfortunately, we do not replace window liners. You will have to contact your window manufacturer, or a local contractor. I apologize for the inconvenience.
