This is a 35" x 3/8" balance from a SuperSeal window installed in 2003. There is no identifying markings or colors.

S900-35 looks to be a match, and you just need to weigh the window sash to choose a tip color. A chart in the product description tells you which color to use, based on your window sash weight.

Hello,

It looks like my windows are not able to be removed so that I can weigh them. Any suggestions?

I don't see anything that would prevent you from removing your sash. You just have to sorta twist it out. Watch the video below, you can see how my good friend Mike does it earlier in the video.
