This is 29" from one end of the metal channel to the other. It is for a 36" x 36" dual pain aluminum window. There is no stamp on it but there was an ink marking that might say 28C but it is very hard to read. I also need some of these for a 36" x 48" window. I couldn't figure out which model is right for me. Recommendations?

Thanks for posting. Take a look at our S390-29 or S351-29. One of these may be what you need, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference.
As for the stamp, 28C is usually a match for our 2830 option, but since it's faded you may want to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm. We have a chart on each balance's store page that will allow you to confirm the best option.
