Window Balance

Question

Is this something you guys can provide? I need 1 set. The number stamped is 32 9 KU CMC 2 Thats what is on the balance. the window is approx 50 lbs would you happen to know what balance I would need? It looks kind of like the S385 Series

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our S385-33 does in fact look like it could work on your window. You will need to take a look and measure the depth of your bottom balance fitting, like in the diagram below, to determine whether or not this is the right balance for you. For the option, since your stamping does not match any of ours, you will need to remove the sash from the window and weigh it on a scale. From there, you will need to refer back to the sash weight chart on the product page to decide on the most appropriate option.
