Window Balance

Hello, I am having a bit of a hard time finding a replacement window balance (particularly the plastic piece at the end). Is this something you can help me with?

Hey, Adrian! I believe we can make this balance, but it will have to be a special order. That shoe you have is a match for our 15-207, but this is not a standard attachment. We'll have to put it on a balance here at the warehouse.

But what balance are we putting it on? That's the question. If at all possible, can you show me a picture of the top end of the balance? That way I can see how it installs in the track. I'd also like you to confirm that the length of the metal channel is 37".

Finally, can you tell me how many of these you need?
