Hi Max. Yes I agree, this certainly looks like either a S380-15 or S385-15. Just confirm that the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings at either end, is 15" long to be safe. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. For the Series 380, this depth measurement is 1"; for the Series 385, the depth is 1-3/32". Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 1440.
