5/8" Wide Window Balance for 33 lb sash

I would like to know which of your parts can match the window balance I have.
Window Wight: 33 lb
Balance length (metal part only): 30"
Balance width (metal body): 5/8"
See picture to see how it looks like.

It looks like the S385-2940 can match it but I am not sure about the width since your spec says the width is 1/2" while what I need is 5/8".

Hey, Bin. I think your balance looks more like our S395-30 channel balance. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom.

The width of our metal channel is technically 9/16", but it's considered 1/2" in the trade. I wouldn't worry about that, our balance size should work for you.

Here are some more info:

Window Weight: 33lb, None?tile up?down sliding window with two sash balances (one on each side)
Sash Balance Length (metal only): 30"
Sash Balance Width: (outside of the metal width): 5/8",(inside track width): 17/32"
Top end?guide: winged (looks like your 15P124), Length=1 ¼", wing width=15/16"
Bottom end?guide (looks like your 15P72): no wing, width: 1 1/16", length (plastic)=1 1/8"

Thanks! All that information seems to point to our S395-30 as our best replacement. Have you reviewed the photos, information, and dimensions we show on its product page? I recommend doing that before you commit to a purchase. Otherwise, I feel confident that this is what you want.
