Window Balance

A home owner from Milford, CT says:
Hi, I have a window that has the 2 springs broken on each side, I was able to pull the white housing out of the sash, I attached a picture with it.
The window weighs 13.5 Lbs.
Can you advice which balances I need to fix the window?

Thank you.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 180 Coil Balances. If the window sash weighs exactly 13.5 pounds, use two of the S180-7 7 lb springs, one for each side of the sash. This will equal 14 pounds of support overall, which should work fine for your sash's weight.
