Window Balance

Question

This balance has the prongs on both ends. Do you have anything like this if so I much will it be?

This is very unusual. I've never seen a spiral balance with tips on both ends in my life. Can you tell me, are both tips used? I don't even see how they would be, but best to ask, because otherwise our only option will be to replace this with one of our normal spiral balances. The video below shows how to ID them.
