Window Balance
I'm afraid you don't have a choice in the matter. These have to be removed to ID. In order to ID this balance, I'll need you to remove it from the window and show me a clear picture of the top and bottom nylon fittings without obstruction. I'd also like you to measure the metal channel as accurately as you can; based on your stamp, it might be 27-1/2" long. If it is, then this will have to be custom made. Finally, please tell me how many you wanted.
Thanks for getting back to us. I can confirm cost for you in a moment, but I still can't quite make out the nylon fittings in your photos. Those are very important details so we have to cover that first before we go any further. It looks like you might have a 19-002 top and then either a 15-001 or 15-002 bottom, but I'm not sure.
Please refer to the diagram below and tell me which of the two options is a better match for your hardware. We can then work from there.
