A quick learner from Bakersfield says:
I need 6 of these. They come from a 4'x6' single hung window with a 1'6" vent. Window was made circa 2004

Hello!

Living in Bakersfield, you most likely have our S385-14 channel balance where the bottom nylon shoe depth is 1-3/32". Please compare this to your current bottom shoe and see what you think. 

As for your spring weight, you'll need to remove your sash and weigh it to choose the appropriate weight option. There's a chart on the S385's product page that shows you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash.
