In the meantime, it looks like you have either our S351, with a 15-002 bottom fitting, or S390, with a 15-001 bottom fitting. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need and let us know what you find.
Can you also tell us what the stamp on your metal channel says? I can't quite make it out.
