Window Balance

A handy person from outside Memphis, TN says:
This is a 30-year-old Peachtree window. Stamped with 3672 FJ. The strings broke/rotted on the bottom window and need to be replaced on both sides. The top window strings are intact, but the plastic pieces on the ends are broken.

Thanks for reaching out to us. My recommendation is our S745-32 Peachtree balance with a 31.25-4 stamp. We believe this will replace your original, but look it over and let me know if you agree.
